At STC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your STC account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the electronic item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure your return is processed without delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
